PENETRANT JFC Nonionic pH：8.0-10.0
Suitable for dyeing and finishing process of all kinds of fabric. Help to increase wetting and picking-up ratio. Nonionic product. Excellent wetting, emulsifying and compatibility properties. Can’t resist strong acid.
Dosage: Exhaustion 0.5-2.0 g/L; Padding 2.0-5.0 g/L
TRANSWET TF-107 Anionic pH：7.5-9.5
Suitable for continuous alkali reduction process of polyester and for mercerizing process of cotton. Excellent stability and wetting properties under 250-280 g/L solution of NaOH.
Dosage: Exhaustion 1.0-3.0 g/L.
TRANSWET TF-107A Nonionic pH：6.0-8.0
Suitable for all processing. Help dyestuff and agents better penetrate into fiber to increase pick-up ratio. Nonionic product. Excellent compatibility with agents.
Dosage: Exhaustion 0.5-2.0 g/L; Padding 1.0-5.0 g/L
TRANSWET TF-107C Anionic/Nonionic pH: 6.0-8.0
Suitable for the high alkali cold-pad batch, scouring process of woven cotton and linen. Excellent stability and wetting properties within 0- 200 g/L Solution of NaOH. High temperature resistance (up to 220℃). Can improve the hydrophilic property of polyester leather substrate fabric after pilling treatment.
Dosage: Padding 1.0-5.0 g/L
TRANSWET TF-107D Anionic/Nonionic pH：3.0-5.0
Suitable for various dyeing and finishing process. Has excellent wetting property. Low foaming. Can improve wetting property of printing paste.
Dosage: Printing 0.5-1.0%; Others 1.0-5.0 g/L
TRANSWET TF-107T Anionic/Nonionic pH：5.0-7.0
Can be used in all processing like pretreatment, dyeing and finishing of all kinds of fiber and their fabrics, package yarns and reeled yarns. Excellent quick penetration property. Can prevent the color difference of inside and outside of package yarn and white core of reeled yarn. Help to get saturate dyeing. High temperature resistance (220℃).Can improve the hydrophilic property of polyester leather substrate fabric after pilling treatment.
Dosage: Exhaustion 0.5-2.0 g/L; Padding 2.0-6.0 g/L
TRANSWET TF-1071 Anionic/Nonionic
Suitable for the process of general penetrating requirement. Can be used for the cold-pad-batch or souring pretreatment process under high alkaline condition for cotton or its blends. High concentrated monomer. Can be used as raw material for scouring or wetting agent. Can be combined with alkali resisted monomer to achieve good wetting performance in high alkali condition.
Dosage: 0.5-5.0 g/L
TRANSWET TF-1072 Anionic/Nonionic
Suitable for the process with high alkali resistance requirement of penetrant. Compound this product to improve the alkali resistance. High concentrated monomer with excellent stability in alkali solution of 0-150g/L NaOH. the wetting performance can be improved when combine with TRANSWET TF-1071.
Dosage: 0.5-5.0 g/L
