Description:
This product is brown-red powder, with better mild and salt resistance than sulfated phenolic resin SMP-Ⅰ type. Good water loss and lubrication effect under high temperature and high pressure of deep well has special effect on stabilizing system rheology. Because the polymer sulfation products have a certain anti-stepping performance. This product can be directly applied in various water-based drilling fluid systems, using excellent salt resistance to saturated salt water with modified lignite, tannin extract, lignic acid, lignite resin and other treatment agents.
Performance use:
SMP sulfated phenolic resin is a sulfonic acid introduced in the benzene ring unit connected with carbon atoms. Resistance to high temperature. Moreover, because benzene carboxyl group introduces strong sodium sulfonate-SO3Na, hydration and high bond energy of bonded water, it solves its water soluble and determines its resistance to salt, calcium, reducing high temperature, high pressure and water loss. Packaging, transportation and storage:
1.This product is packaged in a “three-in-one” inner bag, lined with polyethylene film bag, weighing 25kg net per bag;
2.stored in cool, dry and ventilated places. Prevent moisture and rain forest, avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothes, otherwise clean with a lot of water;
3.stay away from the fire source.
