Among all kinds of softeners, organosilicon auxiliaries have attracted more and more attention due to their unique surface properties and excellent softness. Most domestic fabrics finished with silicone softener are hydrophobic, which makes the wearer feel stuffy and difficult to wash; The phenomenon of demulsification and oil floating often occurs in many products. The traditional hydrophilic polyether silicone oil has better hydrophilicity and water solubility, but its softness and finishing durability are poor. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to develop a new hydrophilic silicone softener with excellent flexibility and durability.

Suitable for finishing of automotive interior, cotton or polyester yarn. Impart the yarn with good smoothness, therefore decreasing the mutual friction. Low yellowing and color shade.

Dosage: Exhaustion 1-2%(o.w.f) ;

EMULSIFIER JD- 4910E Nonionic

Special surfactants compounds. Excellent emulsifying property, used for the emulsification and dispersing of TRANSOFT TF-4910 to get stable organic micro-emulsion. Outstanding dispersing of dyestuff and high molecular substance to prevent the back-staining of impurities. Good penetration resulting in increasing the pick-up ratio and improving the handle.

COLOR DEEPENING AGENT JD-411A Cationic//Nonionic pH：4.0-6.0

Suitable for color deepening treatment of dyed polyester, cotton or their blends. Can obviously increase the color depth. Impart fabric with smooth handle. Can be used together with cationic and nonionic softener.

Dosage: Padding 10-40 g/L

COLOR DEEPENING AGENT JD-411 Cationic//Nonionic pH：4.0-6.0

Suitable for color deepening treatment of dyed or printed polyester, nylon, cotton. Can obviously increase the color depth. Impart fabric with smooth handle. Can be used together with cationic and nonionic softener.

Dosage: Padding 10-30 g/L

SUPER BLACK COLOR DEEPENING AGENT JD-412 Cationic/Nonionic pH(original)：2.5-4.0

Suitable for color deepening treatment of fabric, especially for black polyester fabrics. Can increase the apparent depth of color fabric evidently, especially for black polyester fabrics. Excellent compatibility with cationic and nonionic softeners.

Dosage: Padding 10-30 g/L

SUPER BLACK COLOR DEEPENING AGENT JD-413 Cationic/Nonionic pH：3.0-5.0

Suitable for color deepening treatment of polyester, cotton or their blends. Can impart fabric with smooth and bulky handle. Good washing durability. Can be used together with cationic and nonionic softener.

Dosage: Padding 10-50 g/L TRANSPEC TF-6581 Nonionic pH：6.0-8.0

Suitable for the filter material processing of glass fiber, PPS, P 84 and acrylic fiber. It can also be used for the softening treatment of fabric with high temperature resistance. Excellent thermo and oxidation resistance, and lubricating property. Good compatibility with PTFE emulsion. The treated filter material has perfect high temperature and folding resistance, can keep stable under 260℃ condition.

Dosage: For padding: 5.0%; For foam coating: 25%
