Short Description:

JD-TG2787 FTBK is a styrene-based modified TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) with excellent flame retardant properties and mechanical performance. It is halogen-free, environmentally friendly, heat-resistant, and exhibits low migration. This material can be processed using standard PVC extrusion equipment and meets the requirements of the GB/T33594-2017 standard for TPE materials rated at 105°C. It is specifically designed for the sheath layer of AC/DC power cables in new energy vehicle charging stations.

Recommended processing conditions

It is recommended to dry at 80°C for 2 hours. JD-TG2787 offers excellent processing performance and is recommended for use with single-screw extruders with a length-to-diameter ratio (L/D) ≥ 20, a compression ratio of 2.5-3, and screw diameters of Φ50-90, for extruding wires.

This product is not classified as a hazardous material, but please refer to the relevant MSDS before using this material. During transportation, avoid exposure to direct sunlight or rain. Do not mix with sand, metal scraps, coal, glass, or other similar materials, and under no circumstances should it be transported together with toxic, corrosive, or flammable substances. During loading and unloading, sharp tools such as iron hooks are strictly prohibited. Handle with care to avoid throwing or dropping, which may damage the packaging bags.
