Description:JD-T02 coking wastewater modifier is a new type of wastewater conditioning product specially developed for refinery coking wastewater with high sulfur and oil content. The product is compounded by a variety of special performance agents, which quickly release charged ions in water, thereby neutralizing the electrical properties of the surface of the sulfur-containing dissolved oil and suspended solids in the sewage, and quickly aggregates under the action of bridging and aggregation. Settling, so as to achieve the purpose of demulsification, coalescence, oil removal and clarification of water quality. The product can also quickly eliminate the odor and odor generated in the sewage, and is widely used in the pretreatment of pipelines before the overhaul of the coking unit in the refinery, water washing, and the purification of high-sulfur and oily sewage in the production of
the coking unit.
Features:
• The product can quickly react and aggregate with the sulfur-containing oil droplets in the sewage to separate the sulfur containing oil droplets from the water.
• This product is used in conjunction with T01 modifier, which has the advantages of fast action speed, dense sediment, and remarkable dehydration purification effect.
Instructions:
This product is mainly used in the treatment of high sulfur and oily wastewater in refineries. The use temperature of 40-60 ℃ is the best. The product dosage varies from 100-300PPM, which is determined according to the sulphur content of the sewage and the indoor evaluation experiment. The top of the coking tower or the metering pump in front of the oil-water separation tank is added continuously or intermittently added to the storage tank or buffer tank according to the site conditions. Air flotation mixed treatment in short and medium time, the specific dosing can be guided by our technical staff. When this agent is used to treat coking wastewater
containing more sulfur and oil, it has a better effect when combined with LY-T01 sewage conditioner.
Packaging, storage and safety:
• Packed in 25 liters, 200 liters plastic drums or 1000 liters ton drums.
• During transportation, load and unload with care to avoid damage to the packaging and spillage.
•Non-toxic and weakly corrosive liquid, stay away from alkaline substances and strong oxidants, prevent exposure to the sun, and the shelf life is one year.
