  • PE Black Cable Materials

    PE Black Cable Materials

Our independently developed black polyethylene (PE) sheathing material offers outstanding performance, including high mechanical strength, excellent low-temperature properties, superior environmental stress cracking resistance, and remarkable weather resistance and toughness. During production, there is no die lip buildup, and the material exhibits excellent antioxidant properties with a long oxidation induction time (OIT). It also contains low-moisture-absorption carbon black to further enhance its performance. We can now supply black HDPE, black LLDPE, and black MDPE sheathing materials according to different customer requirements.

  • JD-TG2787 FTBK Styrene-Based Modified TPE

    JD-TG2787 FTBK Styrene-Based Modified TPE

JD-TG2787 FTBK is a styrene-based modified TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) with excellent flame retardant properties and mechanical performance. It is halogen-free, environmentally friendly, heat-resistant, and exhibits low migration. This material can be processed using standard PVC extrusion equipment and meets the requirements of the GB/T33594-2017 standard for TPE materials rated at 105°C. It is specifically designed for the sheath layer of AC/DC power cables in new energy vehicle charging stations.

  • JD-GTP2837 FTNC Styrene-Based Modified TPE

    JD-GTP2837 FTNC Styrene-Based Modified TPE

JD-GTP2837 FTNC is a styrene-based modified TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) with excellent flame retardant properties and superior mechanical performance. It is halogen-free and environmentally friendly, offering heat resistance and low migration. The material can be processed using standard PVC extrusion equipment and meets the requirements of the GB/T33594-2017 standard for TPE materials rated for 105°C. It is specifically designed for use in the insulation layer of AC/DC power cables in new energy vehicle charging stations.

  • LLDPE JD-7062BK Black Communication & Fiber Optic Cable Sheath

LLDPE JD-7062BK Black Communication & Fiber Optic Cable Sheath

JD-7062BK is a granulated plastic based on linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), compounded with various processing additives such as toughening agents, antioxidants, lubricants, and weathering agents. It exhibits excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical performance, heat resistance, weather resistance, and processing characteristics. It can be applied as sheath material for communication cables or optical cables.

  • LDPE JD-6116

    LDPE JD-6116

JD-6116 is a foamable LDPE insulation material developed from high molecular weight LDPE, featuring high mechanical strength and excellent electrical properties. It supports high-speed extrusion and is particularly suitable for coaxial cables and CATV cables. With precise control of extrusion temperature, JD-6116 can achieve a foaming degree of up to 58%.

  • HDPE JD-6107

    HDPE JD-6107

JD-6107 is a chemical foamable HDPE insulation material developed from high molecular weight HDPE, offering high mechanical strength and excellent electrical properties. It supports high-speed extrusion and is particularly suitable for insulation layers of communication cables such as HDMI, VGA, USB, and RGB. With precise control of extrusion temperature, JD-6107 can achieve a foaming degree of up to 50%.

  • F-PP JD-6127

    F-PP JD-6127

JD-6127 is a chemical foamed polypropylene (F-PP) insulation material developed by our company. Compared to chemical foamed polyethylene (PE) materials, JD-6127 offers higher temperature resistance, better mechanical strength, and a lower dielectric constant. By controlling the temperature of the wire extrusion machine, we can achieve a fine and uniform foam cell structure with a foam density of up to 30-50%. This material is particularly suitable for wire applications that require high temperature resistance and can withstand soldering.
