Product Description:
The through-hole gauge is a simple and commonly used tool to check the size of the inner diameter of casing, tubing, drill pipe and other pipes. It can be used to check whether the internal diameter of various pipes meets the standard and the maximum geometric size that can be passed after deformation, which is an indispensable tool for well workover inspection.
Used casing through-hole gauge has two forms:
One form is that the upper and lower ends are processed with connecting threads, the upper end is connected to the drilling tool, and the lower end is spare. The other form is mainly composed of the through-hole gauge plate and the connecting rod.
The pipe or drill pipe sizing is usually done on the ground, and the sizing gauge is shaped as a long body with threads on both ends to connect with the pumping rod, and sizing is done by manpower.
When ordering, please specify:
• Casing and tubing size type and wall thickness.
• Drill pipe size and inner diameter.
• Other pipe inner diameter.
