Colorless or light milky white aqueous solution, mainly composed of two kinds of inorganic ammonium salts, emulsifying active agent and deionized water. The active agent is only 5 ‰ of the total volume
Sdkx-0198 system uses and recommended use range
• Sdkx-0198 system can be widely used in tertiary oil recovery, profile control and water plugging, plugging micro-cracks
and sealing channeling in chemical flooding, three-high plugging and sealing channeling after multiple rounds of heavy oil
flooding, profile control and water plugging in three-high and three-high permeable heavy oil fields. Especially suitable for
horizontal well subsection water plugging, oil well, gas well water plugging channeling and conventional measures.
• Sdkx-0198 system injection process; Agent A dilution slug — “Displacement water –” Agent B — “injection well injection (three
days of pumping oil well).
•For sdKX-0198 system, if large fractures are blocked or fractured without closure, three-section plug can be used to block
large channeling layers in oil and gas Wells; Pre-slug (pre-crosslinked soft and hard large particles are injected first, and
the recommended pressure is increased by 0.8-1.5mpa. Then inject slug A and B) — “SDKX-0198 system A, liquid slug –”
replacement liquid — “B, liquid slug –” sealing material slug.
Precautions for use
A and B should not be mixed at the same time before construction. They are materials with opposite charge properties and
should not be confused. When used, agent A can be diluted or not diluted; Agent B should not be diluted on site, otherwise it
will turn into white liquid and cause misunderstanding. In order to dilute and keep transparent, only the equipment before the
factory can be used. Please do not dilute the product physical property of B.
Packaging and storage
• Sdkx-0198 is environmentally friendly. Non-flammable.
• Packing; Methods for; 1000kg square polyester plastic bucket; Or 240 kg. 200kg; 50kg; Blue polyester plastic bucket.
• Store in room to prevent sun explosion. The operator should clean the skin and eyes quickly with pure water. Or wash with detergent.
