3-Amino-4-pyrazolecarboxamide hemisulfate

3-Amino-4-pyrazolecarboxamide hemisulfate is used as the intermediate of Allopurinol.
Allopurinol is mainly used in the interval and chronic phase of gout. It is suitable for primary and secondary gout patients with excessive uric acid production, allergy or ineffectiveness to uric acid drugs, and those who are not suitable to use uric acid drugs to control hyperuricemia. It can also be combined with uric acid drugs to strengthen the curative effect, especially for patients with severe gout stones and good renal function.
